Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all paid services offered through the Daily Ayurveda mobile application, operated by MPower Digital, Bangalore, Karnataka, India.

1. Scope of Paid Services

Daily Ayurveda currently offers the following paid service:

• Online Ayurvedic Consultation: Video or phone consultations with qualified Ayurvedic practitioners (BAMS/MD Ayurveda).

All core wellness features of the Daily Ayurveda app — including Prakriti assessment, Vikriti assessment, Wellness Practice Library, and Ritucharya (Seasonal Essentials) — are provided free of charge.

2. Consultation Booking & Payment

• Consultation fees must be paid in full at the time of booking.
• Payment is processed securely through our payment gateway partner.
• A confirmation with consultation details and a video call link will be sent upon successful payment.
• Consultation fees are displayed clearly before payment and include all applicable taxes.

4. Rescheduling

• You may reschedule your consultation once, provided the cancellation is made more than 24 hours before the original appointment.
• Rescheduled appointments are subject to the practitioner's availability.
• No further rescheduling is available after the first reschedule — subsequent cancellation results in forfeiture of the consultation fee.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment are not eligible for rescheduling.
• Follow-up consultations (provided free of charge) are not eligible for rescheduling.

5. Refund Process

• Refunds are issued only when a consultation is cancelled by the practitioner or by Daily Ayurveda.
• User-initiated cancellations are not eligible for refund, regardless of timing. A rescheduling option is available as described above.
• Eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days from the date of cancellation.
• The actual credit to your account may take additional time depending on your bank or payment provider.

6. Follow-Up Consultations

• Each paid consultation includes one free follow-up consultation, available within 7 days of the original consultation.
• Follow-up consultations that are not booked within the 7-day window will expire and cannot be claimed later.
• Follow-up consultations cannot be rescheduled. If cancelled, the follow-up benefit is forfeited.
• Only one follow-up is provided per paid consultation. Follow-up consultations do not generate further follow-ups.

7. Technical Issues

If a consultation cannot be completed due to technical issues on our end (such as connectivity problems with the video link), we will offer a full refund or a rescheduled consultation at no additional charge.

Technical issues on the user's end (such as poor internet connection or device problems) will not qualify for an automatic refund, though we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the consultation.

We reserve the right to update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our website and within the app. Continued use of our paid services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
